ChartsAI is operated by Supamakers Limited. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

ChartsAI is delivered electronically and is accessible once you have signed in. We are not responsible for technological delays or outages beyond our reasonable control.

We may change features, pricing, or usage limits at any time. Where changes are material we will give registered users advance notice.

You retain all rights to your data and to the charts and dashboards you generate. By using ChartsAI you grant us only the licenses necessary to operate the platform and serve your content back to you and to people you choose to share with.

All paid plans are processed securely through Stripe. We do not handle card details directly. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time from your billing page.

We send transactional email (sign-in links, receipts, product updates) and occasional product news. If delivery fails — for example, your spam filter blocks us — you can still access your account and content by signing in directly.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChartsAI is not liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profit, arising from your use of or inability to use the service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

If we change these terms we will post the update on this page. Registered users will be sent an email outlining any material changes. Your continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
